It was TM19 in Generation I and TM15 in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. Effect Seismic Toss inflicts damage equal to the user's level. Generation I Although Seismic Toss is a Fighting-type move, its type does not alter the amount of damage it inflicts. Seismic Toss is not affected by type immunities, so it can hit Ghost-type Pokémon.
